The folks at DFS are terrific - they offered a fair price with an emphasis on quality of work performed. I found them to be responsible, to maintain a clean and organized job site, and to always do the right thing, not cut corners. We had a ton of tile, intricate woodwork, mechanical/electrical and more, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail across all trades was impressive (and I had high expectations). We're very pleased with the results and would be happy to serve as a reference for anyone considering DFS for a significant remodel.
We had four months to gut our basement, add two full bathrooms, laundry and a kitchen because baby was on the way. It would have been impossible, especially in this economic climate, to get all of the trades lined up. Forest's professionalism and expertise was paramount and when it was all said and done I was beyond happy with the finished product and felt like I had gained a new life long friend. I would only recommend DFS Construction to my close friends and family... because I never want them to be too busy for me in the future.
